Who can apply

  • A bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates) from a recognised university, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Education.
  • Final-year students and those awaiting results can apply; if selected they join provisionally and must show proof of completing the degree by the date each IIM sets.
  • A completed CA, CS, ICWA (CMA) or FIAI with the required percentage also qualifies.
  • Meeting the minimum does not by itself get you shortlisted; the IIMs run their own selection after CAT.
